La Noyeraie Rocamadour puts fresh, local and homemade first. In a place famous for dishes of duck, lamb, goat's cheese, nuts and seasonal fruit and vegetables, suppliers are local and often from the same community. In fact, we grow our own nuts and seasonal fruit and vegetables; our neighbor makes artisanal ice cream
Main course
Examples of main dishes: duck confit, pork tenderloin medallions, beef bourguignon, parmentier of duck confit, slow-cooked roast pork, duck tartiflette.
Dessert
Examples of typical desserts are: lemon tart, walnut tart, chocolate mousse, almond and pear tart, almond tart with lemon sorbet, chocolate and walnut brownie, walnut tart with strawberry parfait and meringue, chocolate soufflé with strawberry ice cream, almond and pear tart
