Independent entrance vie the terrace, steps into the kitchen diner with cooking facilities, kettle and coffee machine. A fridge with a small freezer compartment is provided and both indoor and outdoor table & chairs are also provided for guests use. Cutlery and crockery is also provided.
The apartment has a seating area with the double sofa bed (with Dunlopillo mattress) and a TV and DVD player. The cafe salon has a small selection of DVDs available for use if you should wish. There is a short corridor to the bathroom with shower.
The apartment has its own private terrace overlooking the Pigeonnier and hundred year old stone barns. A small private garden area is available and also use of the grounds to the rear of the property where there is a shaded area under the oak trees and grass area to sit with a picnic or book enjoying the beautiful weather common to the south west of France.
An "Arrival Pack" can be ordered at a cost of €35 for 2 people and €55 for up to 4 people, which contains an assortment of essential items: Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, butter, conserves, vegetables (in season), eggs, steak hache and where possible many items will be fresh local items such as eggs, milk, cheese and conserves.
Bedding: a charge of €25 per bed per week if bedding is required. Please ask about the 'Biker Option' if travelling by motorcycle.
A cot can be added to the bedroom upon request at a charge of €10 per week.
Pets are welcome and a charge of €20 per week per pet is required. Horses can be safely kept in the meadow, there is also an area set aside for parking of horse boxes.
